This page explains how Inki (hereinafter referred to as the "App") helps prevent Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), and how users can report child safety concerns to us.

2. How the App Works

Inki does not have profiles or any direct messaging/chat between users. Sign-in (Google/Apple/phone number) is optional and only used to sync a user's own profile and submissions across devices — it does not create any user-to-user visibility beyond what's already public in the shared design library. Users can browse a shared tattoo design library, submit their own photos to that library (which become publicly visible to all users), use a camera-based "Try-On" preview, and like designs. Because the App allows user-submitted photo content, we apply the same zero-tolerance CSAE standards described below.

3. Measures to Prevent Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Inki maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We take the following measures to prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE-related content:

3.1 Prohibited Content

• The App strictly prohibits any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, including but not limited to: sexual content involving minors, sexualized depictions of minors, and any attempts to exploit children in any way.
• Users may not use the App to submit, search for, share, or request any content related to child sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Enforcement acts on the specific content and, where necessary, on the anonymous device identifier or signed-in account associated with it — for example by removing the content and blocking that device identifier or account from further submissions.

3.2 Content Review and Enforcement

• Submitted photos are published to the shared design library immediately. We rely on user reports and our own review of the library to identify content that violates this policy.
• When we identify or are notified of suspected CSAE content, we remove it as soon as reasonably practicable, and may preserve evidence to cooperate with relevant authorities where required or permitted by law.

4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

We encourage users to promptly report any content that may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation. You can reach us through the following channel:

4.1 How We Handle Reports

After receiving a report related to child safety or CSAE, we will:

• Review the reported content as soon as reasonably practicable.
• Remove content that violates this policy and take enforcement action against the associated device identifier where appropriate.
• Retain relevant data and records where required by law or regulatory obligations, to support subsequent audits or investigations.

5. Legal Compliance and Cooperation with Authorities

Inki is committed to complying with the child safety laws and regulations applicable in the regions where the App is made available, including laws that prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation and laws that require reporting of suspected CSAE content.

Where required by applicable law, we may report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation content to the relevant authorities or child protection organizations, and will cooperate with law-enforcement investigations in a lawful manner.

6. Continuous Improvement

As Inki grows, we will continue to review and improve our content moderation tools and processes to better protect users and prevent CSAE. We may update this page from time to time to reflect new measures.
